Caleb Reichhardt

Caleb Reichhardt is an Assistant Professor of Livestock Animal Production in the Department of Human Nutrition, Food, and Animal Sciences at the University of Hawaiʻi at Manoā. Caleb was born and raised in Montana, where he received his BS in Animal Science from Montana State University. He received his PhD in Animal Nutrition and Growth from Utah State University where his research centered on beef cattle skeletal muscle growth. At UHM, his research program focuses on vitamin supplementation strategies for livestock and skeletal muscle growth. Caleb currently teaches core courses in the Animal Science program at UHM where he offers students hands-on learning experience related to livestock production.
