Friday, November 19, 2021
11:30 am–12:45 pm
Online Event
Graduate students have unique requirements and challenges with writing in their discipline and academic studies. In this workshop, participants will learn about some of the differences between graduate and undergraduate student writing, develop strategies for apprenticing grad students into writing in their discipline, and establish approaches for responding to graduate students’ writing. In addition, we will identify resources where grad students can get additional support with their writing both on the UHM campus and beyond.
