Faculty, staff, or instructors assigned to teach in Webster 101 may check out keys (in person) for the semester.

Keys may be checked out for the entire semester but must be returned to OFDAS (Kuykendall 107) by the last day of finals.

All keys should be returned in person to Kuykendall Rm 107. If the situation should arise that you must mail us the key card. Please include your name and phone number and mail it to us at:

A valid UHM faculty/staff identification card is required when checking out a key. Visiting faculty should contact their department to obtain a temporary UHM ID.
