Kuykendall 101 Auditorium
Beginning Fall 2022 Semester, KUY 101 will no longer be managed by OFDAS. Room reservation requests for instructional classes (courses with a CRN) should be made through the University Scheduler: firstname.lastname@example.org, (808) 956-7953.
The 196-seat Kuykendall 101 Auditorium is available for occasional bookings for UH Mānoa classes without media access or for UH Mānoa events requiring media usage.
Reservations and Scheduling
Reservations for the auditorium are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Requests are accepted approximately one month prior to the start of the semester. Advance reservations are not required but recommended due to heavy demand. Clients are limited to 10 bookings per semester, per course. Requests for reservations are made online.
- Instructors of UHM credit courses requiring access to instructional technology equipment not readily available at their assigned classroom site may reserve Kuykendall 101 Auditorium for occasional use.
- University office staff may reserve the auditorium on a space-available basis for non-instructional, university-related functions, provided that a need for the equipment exists.
- Registered student organizations (RIO) are eligible to reserve the auditorium, but must be scheduled through their faculty advisor.
