Walking the Living Campus:
A Guided Tour of UH Mānoa

Mānoa Faculty Brown Bag Series

Registration for this event is at max capacity.

Wednesday, February 4, 2026
11:30 am – 12:45 pm
Meet at Kuykendall 106 Events Room

New to campus or interested in experiencing it in a new way? Join us for a guided walking tour of the UHM Campus Living Collection led by Arboretum Curator Nōweo Kai. This 45-minute walk will offer an informative and engaging exploration of campus landscapes and plant life. Following the tour, we’ll return to the OFDAS events room for refreshments and continued conversation.

This event is part of the Mānoa Faculty Brown Bag Series, which creates space for connection and dialogue among faculty in the early stages of their professional careers at UH Mānoa. Brown Bag gatherings foster informal conversations around faculty-generated themes, providing opportunities to share ideas, exchange experiences, and learn from one another as we settle into campus life.

Please come prepared for sun, wind, or rain, and for an entertaining and insightful walk around campus.

Space is limited to 20 participants. Pre-registration is required, and a confirmation email will be sent prior to the event. Priority will be given to new faculty members.

Tour route (subject to change).
