We warmly invite you to join us for an uplifting and rejuvenating summertime yoga and stretch mini-series designed to help you relax and renew. This all-levels 50-minute practice is designed to alleviate stress, boost energy, and leave you feeling refreshed and revitalized, no matter your skill level. This practice is the perfect way to take a break from your day and focus on your well-being. You’re welcome to use a chair or practice on the floor, depending on your personal preferences and fitness needs. The goal is to provide a safe and welcoming space where you can tune in, unwind, and enjoy the benefits of yoga and mindfulness to make the most of your summer break or more flexible teaching schedule. Whether you’re able to join us for the entire session or just a few minutes of stretching, this practice is sure to make a positive impact on your day. So, come as you are, unwind, and leave feeling ready to take on the rest of your day with renewed energy and calm in celebration of summer, self-care and you!
