This session introduces the National Center for Faculty Development & Diversity (NCFDD) and its professional development and mentoring resources that support faculty success across the promotion and tenure lifecycle. Participants will learn about NCFDD’s core programs focused on research productivity, strategic career planning, effective mentoring, and sustainable work practices that align with expectations for reappointment, tenure, and promotion. The session will also highlight how faculty can activate and strategically use UH Mānoa’s institutional membership benefits to support scholarly output, leadership development, and long-term academic trajectories.
