The annual Faculty Honors and Awards Convocation pays tribute to the importance that students, faculty and the administration place on quality teaching at the University of Hawai’i. In addition to coordinating the selection of the Board of Regents, Chancellor Citation, and Clopton awardees, OFDAS coordinates this event which recognizes these and other award recipients systemwide during the Fall. The Convocation also serves as a venue for the President’s “State of the University” address.
